American Card™ – Merchant FAQ

What is American Card™?
American Card™ is a voluntary discount membership that encourages consumers to support U.S.-owned businesses while promoting community pride and economic engagement.

Does it cost my business anything to participate?
No. Participation is completely free. There are no fees, contracts, or commissions.

Who decides the discount or offer?
You do. Each business chooses its own discount or special offer, along with any reasonable restrictions.

How long am I required to participate?
There is no minimum commitment. You may modify or withdraw your offer at any time.

How do customers redeem the discount?
Customers simply present a valid American Card™ (2026 – America250 Card™ or Freedom250 Card) at the time of purchase. Businesses apply the discount directly.

Does American Card™ handle transactions or payments?
No. American Card™ does not process transactions, set prices, or collect money on behalf of participating businesses.

Will my business be promoted?
Yes. Participating businesses may be listed on American Card™ promotional materials, websites, or local listings as they are added.
