American Card – Terms & Conditions (Summary)

1. American Card is an annual subscription product.
2. The annual fee is $25, billed at purchase and renewed yearly unless canceled.
3. Discounts are offered by independent participating businesses and may change at any time.
4. American Card does not guarantee availability, pricing, or acceptance of discounts.
5. Cardholders must present valid American Card identification when requesting discounts.
6. Misuse of the card may result in cancellation without refund.
7. American Card is a for-profit business and operates independently of any nonprofit organization.
8. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
9. Terms may be updated with notice.
10. American Card is a for-profit entity. From time to time, a portion of proceeds may be voluntarily designated to support aligned public-benefit initiatives. Purchases are optional and not connected to access to services or benefits.

Community Revenue Sharing Partnerships.

• The America250 Card and American Card programs are centrally administered. The Program Administrator retains sole authority over program operations, branding, pricing, eligibility, technology platforms, and fulfillment.
• Partners may promote the program only using approved materials and messaging provided or authorized by the Program Administrator.
• Participation in the program is non-exclusive unless expressly agreed to in writing.
• Partners may be eligible to receive a participation fee for qualifying memberships generated through their unique referral link or code.
• Participation fees are paid according to the program’s reporting and payout schedule.
• Participation fees are not wages, salaries, or commissions.
• The Program Administrator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time with reasonable notice.

Fees & Compensation

Partners may receive a participation fee for qualifying memberships generated through approved referral methods. Participation fees are paid according to the applicable reporting schedule. Fees are not commissions, wages, or employment compensation.

Independent Parties

Partners participate as independent entities or individuals and have no authority to bind or represent the Program Administrator.

No Guarantee

Participation does not guarantee earnings or specific results.

Compliance Responsibility

Partners are responsible for their own tax, legal, and reporting obligations.
